Pricing, availability and specification
Please note that our prices, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. Correct prices and promotions are validated at your time of purchase. Despite our utmost care, in rare occurrences a small number of items may contain pricing or typography errors. All products in this website are displayed in Australian dollars.
Computer monitors
Every effort is made on our behalf to accurately display the true colours of our prints online. Unfortunately due to everybody using differently calibrated computers with various screen profiles installed, colours may appear slightly different to a finished print. Therefore images here should only be taken as a guide. A finished limited print will always display superior colour and detail to what can be viewed on low resolution screens.
Delivery information
Our product prices do not include shipping costs.Shipping prices are inclusive of postage, packaging and insurance. If we are temporarily out of stock you will be notified on the estimated delivery time. Once an order has been placed please allow between 2-3 weeks delivery time.
Returns and refunds
Utmost care is taken with email, phone and internet orders to ensure you are totally satisfied with your product. Sometimes errors and accidents unfortunately do occur. Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our department as soon as possible following your order being delivered. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.Returns and refunds are generally done on a case by case basis, so if you are in any way unhappy with your purchased print please contact us. Once an order has been produced and shipped, excluding prevailing exceptional circumstances, cancellations will incur a fee of up to 100% of payments made. So please ensure you choose your selected print/s carefully. Also please be careful to enter the correct delivery address as goods which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Any freight charges that may have been paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
